These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Attendance Mitra mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by Attendance Mitra ("we", "us", "our").
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your Google sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscription plans
We offer paid plans (₹49/year and ₹99 lifetime). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it to falsify attendance records.
5. Data & privacy
Your privacy is important — see our Privacy Policy.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
